QC designations are conferred by the Attorney General and the Minister of Justice in recognition of integrity, exceptional merit and contribution. As a partner at Duncan Craig LLP, John’s practice is in the areas of Corporate Commercial and Financing matters with a special focus on the Agribusiness, Surface Rights and First Nations business sectors. John is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and serves as a Board Member of the Edmonton Bar Association Dave has practiced law in Edmonton since 1980 and has been a partner at the firm since 1987. Dave practices in the areas of Real Estate and Surface Rights. He is the Senior Partner in our Real Estate Group. Dave also plays an active role in the selection and mentorship of summer and articling students.
