On October 21, 2015, Stewart Baker, QC presented at the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association – Litigation Potpourri. This one day seminar at the Matrix Hotel in Edmonton featured a full range of topics. Stewart presented on Strategies in over-limits claims including determining what the limits are in both litigation stages and mediations and how and when to involve SEF 44 insurers.
