Percival E. Odynak, KC

Percy practices in the area of financial services including financing for financial institutions, financing in commercial and corporate mergers and acquisitions, and related Litigation at the Trial and Appellate Levels including success at the Supreme Court of Canada. Percy's practice also includes entertainment law.

Percy has given lectures for the Legal Education Society of Alberta, Business Law Refresher Course (2003 and 2010), The Alberta Bar Admission Course sub-section of the Canadian Bar Association, the Edmonton Public School Continuing Education Program and for The Canadian Institute.

He is also Legal Counsel to the Edmonton Folk Music Festival Society.

Percy was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in Canada each year since 2012 in the field of Banking and Finance law, and awarded Best Lawyer in Asset-Based Lending Practice in 2025. He was also named in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory 2014, 2015, 2016: Leading Practitioner, Banking.
